Job Description:
A Senior System Administrator, also known as a Senior Systems Administrator or Senior SysAdmin, is responsible for overseeing the management, configuration, and maintenance of an organization's computer systems, servers, and networks. They typically have a higher level of experience and expertise compared to a regular System Administrator. The job description of a Senior System Administrator often includes the following responsibilities:
- System Administration: Managing and administering computer systems, servers, operating systems (such as Linux, Windows, or Unix), and virtualization technologies. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
- Network Infrastructure Management: Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensuring network connectivity, security, and performance.
- Server Administration: Managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers. This involves provisioning resources, configuring services, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability.

- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing CRM software applications to meet the specific needs of an organization. They work closely with business stakeholders and CRM administrators to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance customer relationship management processes. The job description of a CRM Developer typically includes the following responsibilities:
- CRM Software Development: Designing, developing, and customizing CRM software applications, typically using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle CRM. This includes creating and modifying modules, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders and CRM administrators to gather and analyze requirements for CRM system enhancements and customization. Translating business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- CRM Configuration and Customization: Configuring CRM systems to align with business processes and requirements. Customizing and extending CRM functionalities using built-in tools, scripting languages (such as JavaScript), and development frameworks.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data architect or proven experience in defining data models Preferred degree in computer science, computer engineering, Information Systems or a related field
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation technique
- Experience in relational database management systems, DBMS software, including SQL Server, database and cloud computing design, architectures and data lakes, Hadoop technologies like Pig, Hive and MapReduce
- Experience in management of structured and unstructured data
- Proven experience in creating a Big Data or analytics IT solution
- Knowledge in agile methodologies and enterprise resource planning implementation
- Work with the Section Head and different departments to capture business requirements and define the data architecture at the conceptual and logical level
- Work with the IT team to define the data tools required (e.g., MDM, Data Quality tool, etc.), and overlooks their implementation with relevant vendors
- Build the right architecture to support the defined enterprise data model (EDM)
- Design and work on building the integration mechanism and maintain internally and with external
- Own the definition and implementation of the data architecture roadmap to support the data roadmap of the entity
- Analyze new data sources, recommending changes to the current architecture if necessary
- Monitor the architecture’s performance by running regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features
- Ensure compliance with data architecture, standards, and guidelines
- Define and implement the platform’s Data Architecture to support the strategic and operational plans of the platform
- Define the guidelines in producing conceptual and logical data architecture design across the platform
